Our Team

Every member of the St Andrews Refugee Services team is a volunteer. Our legal advisors, consultants, managers, and CEO all hold their own jobs and careers outside of StARS. They choose to give their time here anyway, without pay, because they believe in the work. This means your donation goes directly to refugee families, not toward salaries or overhead. It also means every person on this team is here by choice alone. Nobody is required to stay. They stay because the work matters to them. That is the kind of organisation StARS is, and the kind of commitment behind everything we do.
